Currently, it is still communicating with CAXA effectively and plans to collect the whole equipment of the second branch factory, and use the collected data as a whole in the whole process control system to realize the automatic transmission of the CNC machining program and the automatic operation of the equipment.

Zhao Fengrui said that after the project was implemented, the company's cold-worked hundreds of CNC machine tools were connected to the DNC. Through direct networking with the equipment, the automatic transmission of processing programs and process data, as well as the automatic collection of operating parameters of the hot and cold processing equipment were realized. Moreover, the system automatically dispatches the NC program to the corresponding machine tool, and the processing program is automatically distributed, which effectively improves the overall automated production level and greatly increases the production efficiency. This extensive application of networked production equipment in the equipment manufacturing industry in the non-automated product production line is a domestic advanced level.
