Bridge saw features


Main structures are made of very strong cast iron and stainless steel for protection. Powered table tilts 0-85 degree hydraulic for easy load of material. It can turn 0°-90°(optional: 0°-360° stopping automatically at 45°,90° and any angle) changing the cutting position easily.
The blade goes left and right, up and down, the bridge beam moves forward and backward. It moves flexible movements in X, Y, Z axis by screw. Blade tilt 45 degree for mitered cuts available for model HQ700.
This machine is an full automatic laser cutting machine. Laser guide shows the cutting position that makes the cutting easier and make precise cut +/-0.2mm. Cutting slabs, tiles, counter tops highly and perfect.
The bridge saw is made with PLC standard. Electric system is simple and easy to operate. All functions are operated on the control panel with color touch screen. Electric parts are all from good international brands ensuring stable performance.

The first payment of deposit for order, we start to produce the machine→the second payment, we  start the container load and effect the shipment→ the last payment of balance, we send you the scan copy of B/L by email.
2) Delivery time:
The bridge saw can be shipped immediately when machine in stock; 4-5 weeks ready for shipment when machine not in stock.
Time for ocean transport depends on where you are located.
3) Shipment:
For FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.
4) Documents after shipment:
After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL or Tele-Release, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
