All machines need one 40 feet container to hold. If your company is not in China, We are in tianjin port to delivery.

After we receive the deposit, our designer will arrange the producing of the machine. After assembling, we will debug the machine and  at the same time, we will make video for the clients and teach them how to operate the machine. Before shipping, the machine is tested in our factory. when the client gets the machine,he can according to our video to operate the machine. If some parts of machine broken within 2 year, we will give him the spare parts for free. If more than 2 year, maybe some spare parts need to be charged. If machine can not work well, we can teach them online until the machine is perfect.
If you need, we can go to your place to assist you.But you need to provide the cost of the engineer. If you can provide better drawings, we can produce machine for you.

(2) Main machine system Roll forming system
 
  1. Roll forming system consists of machine frame, drive disk assembly and cold bending rollers, ect.

System for forming after cutting off
 
  1. Adopting rolling forming then cut the sheet. No waste here, Cutting knife is made of the Cr12 after quenching.
  2. Using combined frame type to cut the machine frame. The characteristics is good maintainability and easy to adjust.
  3. Hydraulic stations offer the cutting power.
Structural features
 
  1. Material of rollers:45# steel,roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.
