Our robots used to match all processing machines to realize fully or semi Automatic Production Line for stainless steel hardware, such as dish, bowl, cup, pot, pan, cover, basin etc.. The production quality is stable and best due the steel products can soak drawing-liquid or paste oil to obtain the protection for the drawing tension of stainless steel in the processing and shape perfect. Also it can be annealed for better result for quality and shape. And the groove and diameter changing of products can be safely done by the automatic feeding and discharging from the beader and trimmer.

For the annealing line include the conveyor, Annealing Robot, annealinng machine, cooling conveyor system, to be connected after the puch press for the automatic production line.

The annealing robot has two type: JST-400 and JST-600 for choice.
