The most suitable drying temperature is 40-500Â°C, and the temperature control requirements are relatively strict. However, for seeds with skins and seed coats of sugar beet and marigold, the drying temperature is relatively high, and the suitable drying temperature is 60-70Â°C. In this temperature condition, the time is short and the efficiency is high.
3.3 Extended drying time
Among the four crops in their respective optimum drying temperatures, their drying time was longer, beet was 15 lmin, rape was 233 min, tobacco was 217 min, and marigold was 157 min. In the actual drying process, since we chose a drying machine such as a vibrating fluidized bed, the time taken for a group of seeds to reach the material outlet from the feed port is less than 20 minutes, which is safer for dried seeds. .
