Characteristics of centrifugal casting of alloy furnace tube:

1, depending on the directional solidification from the outside of the contact with the mold, the quality of extremely dense without casting shrinkage cavity and foreign body clamping is obtained.

2. Central control cylindrical products with uniform thickness can be obtained due to centrifugal force.

3. As there are no factors affecting solidification and shrinkage, products with low casting stress can be obtained.

4. Due to the dense structure and developed columnar crystal of centrifugal casting, it has good oxidation resistance at high temperature, anti-carburization and high temperature strength.

5. It can work continuously for a long time under the temperature of 800-12000c and pressure of 3-4mpa.
