When using it, pay attention to the following matters: The quality of thickened engine oil is different from that of ordinary engine oil. Therefore, it cannot be mixed and mixed. Otherwise, it will affect the low temperature performance. When using thickened engine oil, the oil pressure of the garbage truck engine is still lower than the normal oil pressure. When the thickened oil is used for a period of time, the color of the oil becomes black, which is the result of the added cleansing powder dispersing the deposits on the machine components in the oil. It is a normal phenomenon, and should not be mistaken for the deterioration of the oil quality. Warm up and check if there is any leakage of organic oil in the engine compartment of the garbage truck. Turn off the engine and wait for 10 minutes to allow the oil to flow to the sump. Loosen the filler cap, remove the drain plug and drain the engine oil. Use a recovery container to hold the engine oil. After the oil is drained, it is best to replace the oil filter. Install drain plugs with new gaskets, refill with new oil, warm up, and check for organic oil leaks around drain plugs and oil filters. Turn off the engine and wait ten minutes to check that the oil level is within the normal range. Use a garbage truck oil filter wrench to remove the oil filter, remove the foreign matter attached to the oil filter mounting surface, apply new engine oil on the oil seal surface of the new oil filter, and manually screw in the oil filter. Until it touches the mounting surface, and then tighten it again, or tighten as required, warm up and check if there is any leakage of organic oil around the oil filter. The role of the cooling system is to circulate the cooling fluid throughout the engine so that it is in operation. The engine is moderately cooled to work in the optimum temperature range.
