2.Working Principle of machine:
This system contains YJ650 machine, YJ800 machine and coupler. The products meets the requirement of JGJ108-96. It can link the rebar with sidewise extrusion by the cold extrusion press machine, make the coupler plastic deformation then occlude tightly with the steel in order to link the rebar.

1. One full set of YJ650: can process rebar whose diameter is from 16mm to 32mm.
 

2. One full set of YJ800: can process rebar whose diameter is from 32mm to 40mm.
 

3. One full set of YJ650 and PRESSURE EQUIPMENT of YJ800 can process 16mm-40mm.
 
Using the cold squeezing machine to press connection point to link the two rebar.

3.Features of rebar couplers:
1) Because of the good resistence of the joint, it is widely used in bridge constructions.
2) No flammable gases, not affected by rainy or cold weather, easy to operate.
3) Saves 80% connector steel consumption.
4) The system most used when one end of rebar has been fixed and couldn't be revolved.

 It belongs to Grade 2 connection
