The meeting determined that Sun Shaojun is the director of the project implementation and implementation committee and Lan Hong is the project manager. He decided to set up eight working groups and made clear the members and division of work teams. The person in charge of the relevant department of Yangchai Company reported the drawing acceptance plan, procurement plan, and process and production implementation plan respectively. The convening of this meeting marks the official start of the introduction of the VM Series. In accordance with the company's strategic plan, Yangchai will gradually introduce engine products for different uses such as VM D and RA series to be used in different customers in the later stages.
