Sanitary Rotor Pump for Transferring Ointment or Liuqid

Stainless steel rotor pump (also known as Roots pump), the introduction of foreign advanced technology, digested and absorbed, carefully designed, developed from the current domestic similar products in the leading position, because it not only has all the rotor pump (Example: gear Pump, cam pump, screw pump ...] common, but also its unique delivery of high viscosity material properties, so we call this pump as a colloid pump.

Features:
(1) Where contact with the media (material) are made of stainless steel (material SUS304, AISI316, 316L) fully comply with sanitory standards.
 
(2) suitable for conveying high viscosity, concentration and any particles containing the media (material).
 
(3) for the temperature -30 ºC ~ 200 ºC.
 
(4) high pressure, for long distance and high resistance quantitative delivery.
 
(5) low speed, usually between 200rpm and 600rpm, by the transport of the material to maintain the original quality of the same, no physical and chemical reactions.
 
(6) no contact between the rotor and the rotor, long-term use and no wear, smooth operation, so the noise is low.
 
(7) easy and easy loading and unloading, easy to clean, keep hygienic clean.
