This high speed Aluminum fin press machine linefor air-conditioners are made up of exhibition press, oil device, pneumatic initial feeding, closed type high speed precision press, suction, material collection device, electric control system, and hydraulic system. The finpress machinefor air-conditioners is used for aluminum fin manufacture of automobile with welding water tank, intercooler, condenser, evaporator, heater unit and etc. Adopted PLC, servo control system, one-time form rolling, drying and fixed length cutting. This Aluminum fin press machine line is designed with quick replaceable form tool for various fin manufacture.
